We want you to be able to test out Lalo products in your home, on the go, and at mealtimes with your little one. To make sure you’ve found the right fit for your family, we will accept returns on furniture items for a full refund within 100 days of delivery and 30 day on all non-furniture items, dependent on a few conditions:

  • To process your return, visit our Returns Portal.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.
  • All product tags and labels must remain attached.
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Your 100 day trial period begins the day you receive your original order. If you make an exchange within that period, the trial period will not be extended.
  • We understand that returning a product isn't always convenient, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. For most returns, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost is typically calculated based on the weight and size of the package. The reason we ask for this is because shipping carriers charge us fees for transporting your return, and there are additional costs involved in handling and processing returned items at our warehouse. These costs include ensuring the item is inspected, restocked, and ready for future customers

Bath Collection, Play Boxes, Tableware, Giant Coloring Sheets, Art Cards, and Board Books fall under our 30 day return policy and can only be returned if they are unopened and unused within 30 days of receiving your items.

We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return and our team has confirmed it meets the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if a returned product fails to meet these criteria.  

Gifted items fall under the same policy and can be returned for store credit or to the original payment method. Please visit our Returns Portal and include the name of your gifter and your full name to begin the gift return process. We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Lalo item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased from Amazon, Crate + Kids, Pottery Barn Kids, Bloomingdale's, Babylist, Maisonette, and Monica & Andy.
