Not to worry, this can happen sometimes if the suction item and/or surface is not completely clean and dry.
If you feel that your plate or bowl isn’t staying put as much as you’d like, we recommend wiping down both the table or tray and the suction surface itself, then trying again.
When you set your plate or bowl down, be sure to press firmly from the middle to ensure there is a tight seal (and no air bubbles are trapped between surfaces).
The Suction Plate and Suction Bowl hold best on clean, smooth, and glossy surfaces.
