Lalo Family Warranty

What does the Lalo Family Warranty cover?

Each of the following Lalo products is covered under our Family Warranty for 18 months after purchase: The Chair, The Booster, The Play Table, The Play Chair, The Play Kitchen and The Play Gym/Tent. This applies to wooden legs, seats, trays, straps, cushion, mats and any hardware that are critical to the use and safety of your product.

Please note that the Lalo Family Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold and secondhand items.

How do I submit a Lalo Family Warranty claim?
