What does the Lalo Family Warranty cover?

Lalo warrants that its products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. Select Lalo products are eligible for an extended warranty of an additional 12 months, as follows: 

  • All products purchased at Meetlalo.com are automatically enrolled in an extended warranty. 
  • If you purchased your product through a Lalo-authorized retailer, you must register here prior to expiration of the limited warranty in order to activate the extended warranty. 

As used herein, an authorized retailer means a retailer that (i) is duly authorized by Lalo to sell the product, (ii) is legally permitted to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the product is sold, and (iii) sells the product new and in its original packaging. 

The limited and extended warranties apply only to products purchased directly from Lalo or authorized retailers, and they are non-transferable.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at lalofam@meetlalo.com
  • Provide Documentation: Have your original proof of purchase, product model number, and a detailed description of the issue ready.
  • Assessment: Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

Remedies

If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed during the warranty period, Lalo’s sole obligation, and your sole remedy, will be to:

  • Repair or Replace: At our discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement product of equal or comparable value.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement is not feasible due to product unavailability, we may offer a refund for the purchase price.

Lalo reserves the right to request that the damaged product be returned prior to granting a remedy.

Replacement parts, if provided, do not extend the period of the warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage resulting from:
    • Transport, misuse, abuse, or accidents.
    • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
    • Use in a manner not in accordance with the provided instructions.
    • Overloading products with weight beyond stated limits.
    • Minor variations in color, grain, or pattern, or natural color aging.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Theft
