Extend Protection Plan FAQs

Dove Rios Updated by Dove Rios

All new Lalo Products come with a 12 Month Family Warranty, but you can also purchase an Extend Protection Plan, which covers accidental damage. For additional questions on Warranty, please reach out to lalofam@meetlalo.com

What is an Extend Protection Plan?
An Extend Protection Plan helps protect your Lalo gear and gives you peace of mind long after your purchase.

With Extend, you’re covered for accidental damage - things like drops, spills, or breaks that can happen in everyday life. Once your Lalo Limited Warranty expires, your Extend plan continues to cover everything included in the warranty plus accidental damage, for the entire length of your plan (or until your item is replaced), per the terms and conditions of the plan.

Extend makes the claim process quick and easy! If something happens, you can file a claim online in just a few minutes and get a replacement without the stress.
When are my item(s) covered?
Accidental damage coverage begins as soon as you purchase your Lalo gear, and lasts for the full term of the plan you selected (or until the covered product is replaced by Extend). Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship starts after the Lalo Family Warranty expires.
How many times can I use the Extend Protection Plan?
The Extend Protection Plan is a single-replacement program. This means that if your product suffers damage during the coverage term, you can request one replacement. Once a replacement is issued, the plan is considered fulfilled and coverage will end.
If a product covered by Extend is replaced under Lalo's Family Warranty, does the Extend Protection Plan cover the new product?etails

Yes, if you receive a replacement product through Lalo's Family Warranty, it will continue to be covered under Extend’s Protection Plan.

How do I file a claim?
